ForesTEEN s'adresse aux adolescents (15-25 ans) et à l'écosystème culturel dont ils font partie. Le projet vise à innover l'offre culturelle pour les générations futures grâce à une démarche d'observation participative. Cette démarche expérimente différents modes d'écoute des adolescents afin de comprendre comment les échanges avec eux et pourquoi le dialogue intergénérationnel peuvent être un moteur d'innovation.L'objectif du projet est de renforcer la participation en tant que principe artistique et politique.
