ARTIFACT – Artificial Intelligence for Artistic Futures and Creative Talents est un projet visant à placer les artistes visuels au centre du débat sur l'IA, en donnant la parole à la perspective qu'ils apportent dans l'interprétation d'un scénario en évolution rapide et en fournissant des outils et des compétences ciblés qui peuvent être adoptés dans leur production.Les principales activités du projet sont des laboratoires d'apprentissage collaboratifs, menés selon une approche collaborative ascendante et en impliquant des parties prenantes, des artistes et des experts ; le développement d’un renforcement ciblé des capacités en IA pour les artistes de l’UE ; la production et la vitrine de 5 projets pilotes d'artistes européens, l'activation d'un réseau ARTIFACT et la rédaction, la présentation et la diffusion d'une prise de position.
